NEW QV1 STREETSCAPE

QV1 is committed to enhancing its position as a vibrant meeting place for visitors and workers, with plans to undertake a multimillion-dollar streetscape project, commencing July.

The new streetscape will provide outside seating with connectivity to the recently refurbished QV1 lobby, enhanced lighting, landscaping and a complete refurbishment of the main entrance glass canopy.

Due for completion in December, the exciting project will bring an injection of lush vegetation to the streetscape, with approximately 2,200 new plants planted into ribboned garden beds that weave across the space. The planting design uses a mix of Australian native plants and exotic species that complement the architecture of QV1, the interior lobby and existing retail plaza planting.

During this project, all St Georges Terrace pedestrian access to QV1 will be redirected to Hay Street โ€“ via the QV1 retail plaza โ€“ and the walkway between Nippon and Tinys on Milligan Street.

QV1 has engaged Harry Seidler & Associates, CDI Group, Floth, CBRE Project Management and Josh Byrne & Associates to deliver this exciting project.
