These are just some of the classes and to keep you on your toes they will change every week.

To join, jump on to the QV1 App and check out Online Wellness Classes article in the newsfeed. Then simply click on the REGISTER NOW button. Once done, restart the QV1 App and you will see the ‘Online Wellness Class’ tile show on the Menu screen. Select and get training.
