There’s a 914 bay public car park, 155 bay executive car park with private entrance and special parking for visiting families with children.
QV1 also features a retail plaza and oasis where events and entertainment are held on a regular basis, while Perth’s top bars, restaurants, hotels and shopping are just a short walk away.

Building security is supplemented by 24-hour on-site security guards, in addition to CCTV monitoring, and a perimeter intercom system.
The QV1 mailroom provides an on-site postal service for tenants. The mailroom sorts, delivers and collects mail throughout the building, and receives and delivers by hand all courier deliveries. Open from 7am – 6pm weekdays.
QV1 features two dedicated telecommunications rooms housing a number of the major telecommunications and internet service providers (ISP).
QV1 has three generators on-site to provide emergency backup power to the building in the event of an outage. At a minimum, the system will ensure 100% essential power and essential lighting to the whole building, ventilation to all floors and two working lifts per rise.
After Hours Access
After-hours access to the office tower and executive car park is only available via security access card. The system also provides for security access to individual floors during business hours if required by tenants.
All lobby access doors feature automatic control for ease of entry and departure and are of a suitable width for all commonly used hand and motor-driven conveyances. For more information on access and facilities please contact QV1 Management.
QV1 features a range of storage rooms ranging from 10m² to 150m². All storage rooms are secure and provide tenants with the opportunity for onsite archiving.
There are 6 lifts servicing high rise levels, 5 lifts for medium rise levels, 5 lifts for low rise levels as well as two lifts servicing the lobby rise and additional retail plaza and goods lifts.

End of Trip Facilities
The QV1 End of Trip facility offers amenities to support and encourage tenants to embrace active modes of transport to and from work, whether that’s cycling, running, walking or general fitness activities.
Accessible from the Hay Street side of the building, and featuring daily use lockers, QV1's premium end of trip facilities offer tenants a place to refresh, refocus and safely store belongings.
The premium End of Trip facilities includes; bike racks, lockers, bike maintenance stations, a tyre compressor, change rooms, showers, toilets, a drying room that includes a clothes dryer and drying racks, ironing boards, hair dryers and GHD straighteners.
QV1 also has End of Trip facilities located at level 1 of the QV1 Public Car Park. These facilities also feature changeroom, shower and locker facilities.

Bike Dr is a bicycle workshop that comes to you – it’s immediate convenience for cycle commuters. The BikeDr visits QV1 on the 1st Tuesday of every month to take care of all your bike repair and maintenance needs. Visit the BikeDr for more information. THE BEST PLACE TO MEET
ON THE TERRACE
The QV1 Conference Centre is the place to meet at the top end of town. Conveniently located on level two of QV1, the purpose-built 80 seat theatrette, training and function rooms are the ideal venues for corporate events, cocktail receptions, meetings, seminars, training and private functions. The Centre is for the exclusive us of QV1 tenants.
For your guests, QV1’s public car park provides parking at discounted rates. Public transport is also effortless with the free Red Cat bus stop located directly in front of the building.
The Executive Car park
The 155 bay executive car park is located beneath the office tower with quick escalator access to the main lobby and lifts.

QV1 Public Car park
The QV1 Public Car Park is open 24 hours with 874 bays available. There are 350 bays reserved for tenants and 524 bays for the general public. The car park is linked directy to the upper plaza level of QV1 by a pedestrian bridge over Hay Street.
Vehicle access to the QV1 car park is via 489 Murray Street with an exit available on both Murray and Hay Street.

Security Chaperone Service
If you are working late in the building, QV1 Security are able to escort you from the building to your car if it is parked in the QV1 Public Car Park, on Hay St, or the Taxi rank.

Family Car Bays
Family bays are available Monday to Friday, from 11.30am – 2.30pm (one booking per day, per bay). QV1’s Family Bays are free of charge and available to tenants with children to make it easy for family visits during lunchtime periods. Bays must be booked in advance.
