Health, wellbeing and community: three pillars that are the foundation of our offering of services and amenities for our tenants.

At Q Fitness, you’ll find a fully equipped and professionally run gymnasium to help you stay fit, a dedicated wellness room and Allied Health Hub. There’s also three tennis courts and a basketball court with spectacular views of the city if you want to get outdoors. Download sports courts terms and conditions here.

Tenants have access to fitness classes, personal training sessions as well as showers, lockers and change room facilities.

 

Q FITNESS HAS A NEW TEAM

Stay fit, stay healthy – mind, body and soul.

The Q Fitness team, managed by Corporate Health Management (CHM), offer a range of services and classes across the Q Fitness gym, QV1 Wellness Room and the new Allied Health Hub.

Yoga, pilates and fitness classes are on offer to all QV1 tenants either in person or online. You will find our Wellness Room on Hay Street next to our end of trip entrance and the Q Fitness gym and Allied Health Hub on level 12 of the QV1 public car park.

QV1 WELLNESS ROOM

The QV1 Wellness Room is a bespoke studio space dedicated to mind and body health. Located on Hay Street next to QV1’s premium End of Trip facilities, the QV1 Wellness Room is exclusively available for tenant use.
